The crazy Taco Bell in Southern Shores with the crazy drive-thru is even popular so we don't need another one, but I miss Arby's and Hardee's in Grandy is too far. Odd that they had just completed a whole upgrade of the interior and exterior of the Burger King.
Rating: Fried Chicken and Taco Bell 11/12/2015 Reviewer: Tim-OBX A few years ago the KFC and Taco Bell merged here and now they serve both. A bit of trivia, the KFC here was the 1st fast food chain on the Outer Banks. It is what it is, but I love Taco Bell.

Or turn into the WaWa for a good price on gas and decent food, or stop at Zaxby's, Wendy's, or Taco Bell just before the WaWa. OR Take the first Hillcrest Parkway exit off the Expressway for Cracker Barrel, Arby's Buffalo Wild Wings, or Chick-fil-A, and stop at the Target if you've forgotten anything.

As a local, I go from Taco Bell, yes the Bell, to LaFogata to Plaza Azteca and places in between. However, having been to Mexico many times what we need is more than Tacos, Burritos, etc. Don't know if would survive but how about fresh Fish, Steak, Pork, Chicken cooked with Mexican recipes.
