Re: Synchrony cards login problems. Hmm, sorry to hear, AverageJoes. I was able to log in to each of my Synchrony accounts successfully this morning, including Sam's Club Mastercard. Since Sam's credit card site has a new interface, it may be possible that they are still working out bugs in the system.
I heard in this situation if you paid the balance in full, then 90 days later, they will reopen the account with the same limit. Of course all Synchory cards are paid on time along with all my other debts. Thank you. Experian - 531. Transunion - 540.

With this scenario from Sync, the best bet is to call them and close the cards that are being balance chased. This will do 2 things. First, the card will show as closed by consumer, which, on a manual review, could possibly look better. Second, it will fix the utilization issues that go with the balance chasing.

Second, try it with both the app and the webpage, using a different device, if possible. See if you get bogus numbers both ways.
