I checked a list on the Cast Portal of "Authorized Off-Site Disney Ticket Sales Locations". This is a list of all companies in the Orlando area which are authorized to sell tickets or vouchers for tickets and lists about 90 names. I cannot publish the list as it clearly states it is not for public release.
CM rates are posted on the Cast Portal, and are available by calling the Disney Cast DCL phone number. While it's rare for someone to be bumped from a space available cruise, it has (and does) happen. I know that a lot of people were bumped during the Norwalk canceled cruise time. Sue Ellen

musiksmith, according to the Disney portal, Spouses/Domestic Partners can get a special Spouse/Domestic Partner pass or can otherwise somehow get it with their spouses. You might want to have your husband check the portal again and get you added as a spouse/dependent. Then you wouldn't have to use up your maingates each time.
