Printful offers a variety of different blanks to print on. However, 90% of all that they offer is HEAVILY overpriced. Most of the products they’re selling AFTER print are nearly $20-$35 more expensive than the actual cost of buying the hoodie wholesale and getting it printed on yourself or locally. I’m not kidding.
Pricing: Printify has a free version and a membership version. With the Membership you get additional features, but as someone who does use the free version I haven't had any issues. However, Printful is geared more towards membership and is roughly $25 a month, doesn't break the bank but it is a difference between the two.
As mentioned, Printful used to be pretty good but the last few months have been a disappointment. I’ve been using Printify for about a month with good results. Of course, stay away from MyLocker. I’ve used Monster Digital so far as I’ve tried to use Swiftpod but everything I tried to order has been out of stock. In the past I’ve used ...
Printful Seems a lot easier to use though, it has a much better UI and seems more intuitive than Printify. ham_tomato. •. Printful is way more expensive than Printify, at least if you want to use it in Europe. What I like about them, is that you can select 1 item, at Printful will automatically decide to print it in the US or Europe taking into account the location of your customer.
Now, most videos on YouTube seem to suggest going with Printify, but looking deeper into it, I think Printful is the better choice for me. Yes, it may work out more expensive at first glance, however, I really want my product to have a high quality. And not just the physical product itself, but also the overall shopping experience for the customer.
Printful has the same up’s and downs of any POD: varying print fidelity from using multiple machines on multiple days and there’s always a small chance of QA slippage. The more in-bulk you get, the more likely you’ll notice the variations. In terms of quality of the prints keep in mind this small list:
