Business Center is the Costco of Costcos, they are more gear toward business not your typical shopper. While you can get some of the same items as from a regular Costco (like a 36 pack of paper towels or a flat case of coke) some stuff is even sold in bigger bulk (like meat by the 20 lb case, coke syrups for drink fountain machine).

The restaurant depot comparison is spot on, but with Costco quality. They have 30 pound boxes of fresh chicken breasts for $1.49 a pound. Yes that’s a lot of chicken, but it wasn’t frozen and would be easy to split up and put in vacuum sealed bags at home.
The Mercury News article from today (10/28/2021) say that there are two parcels. The first parcel is 34.6 acres (empty/OSH) and the second 35.3 (Ethan Allen, Goodwill, Smart and Final).
