Again towards the right side is a link for "Redeem Rewards" and when you click on that it will open the Rewards site. There is a bar about 2" from the top that shows any active Rewards Redemption Cards and the balance for each. You may need to click "show more" to see the balance (s).

The CM had me read the card number to her (ummm.....that's the issue right now, but OK) and I started with the "6" because that seems like the most likely number. I’ve been using 2 Disney gift cards one physical and one digital since last Friday when I arrived. Today is my last full park day and last night I transferred the balance from the digital to the physical card since that was the most convenient way to pay in the parks and whatnot.

If it’s room and tickets, you have to pay the balance 30 days prior to arrival. You can still pay with gift cards, just before you arrive. And you can use gift cards to pay down you balance at anytime, just keep you card(s) in case you have to cancel. They will credit it back to whatever gift cards you used.
