Trulia has a new neighborhood feature available for some areas. I tried it for Arlington VA (big expensive city) and several "Explore the Neighborhood" popped up. I then tried it for Galax VA (tiny inexpensive town) and no neighborhood info showed up. The neighborhood feature still has limited useful info about schools, crime map, etc.

Please, give me the so called "objective data" that Trulia ended the heat maps because it "got accused of being racist because all the minority neighborhoods were red and discouraged people from looking there. Basically provided public proof that those areas and people are undesirable." Perhaps you don't like "objective data" yourself?
My Realtor sends me the viewings from Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, and one other - can't remember right now. Oh ok , yeah I've mostly just seen the stats from Zillow. I didn't look too much at the other sites yet.
Please share what your listing realtor is giving you regarding viewings on Realtor, Trulia ext. My listing realtor hasn't done a thing except put it on MLS - I'm beyond disappointed. On Zillow at least I know as the owner you can get those stats emailed to you .

Bear in mind that your 15-mile requirement and your 20-minute requirement aren't going to sync up- 15 miles from Basking Ridge or Warren in several directions can easily be a 45-minute commute due to traffic.
Just off the top of my head, they are competing with other massive developments down the street -- The Beacon, Dixon Mills, 77 Hudson (although not really in the same league), and a bunch of other projects coming on line in other areas of Jersey city in better locations....
