    That building has some nice art deco elements that are reminiscent of those of the Brodhead Naval Armory by Belle Isle. It appears to have had an uglifying remodeling using pebble board.     Downtown Windsor has a bit of a dead end problem, kind of like the Renaissance Center. Once down there there's no where else to go. I wish our border could be open and ferries reconnect the two downtown districts.
