With that being said, Portfolio Recovery Associates (PRA) is now doing PFDs. Even for settled accounts!!!!! I was able to receive the PFD letter stating that within 30 days of payment, they would delete the tradeline from the 3 major credit bureaus.

Portfolio Recovery has offered Pay For Delete? Just received a letter today from PRA. At first it looked like the usual that I just toss out, but this one has an additional offer under the "Account Offers" that offer to settle for less than the amount on the account.

Re: Portfolio recovery services sued me hang on, let's slow this one down a bit. This is potentially a fraudulent judgment, and so you don't need to be discussing settlement or paying anything until you know for certain.

The collections show the wrong year of date as 2020 (off by years!), I knew I needed to get them taken off but I didnt get to research if that would trigger them to start calling and sending me letters again. But now here comes this letter, but this is for yet another Portfolio Recovery but for an old Paypal debt in the 800.00's.
