I have a GE75 Raider 10SFS and was running True Color 4.0...The Dragon Center showed an upgrade to True Color 5.0...I offloaded my True Color 4.0 per instructions...when I attempt to download the True Color 5.0 nothing happens and no download shows up!
The last 2-3 digits of the S/N on the sticker under the laptop have rubbed away. Is there any other method for identifying the laptop S/N? I sent MSI the UPC/S/N portion of the box to get a $100 MIR (which was denied, thanks MSI). There has to be a way of finding out the S/N.
I already told you before: if your CPU is not damaged (due to running for 2 years with unlimited VSOC), your CPU socket or CPU cooler are problematic.
Hopefully an updated version that works with UEFI. I can't access UEFI on my system without removing the graphics card.

Everything working great except OSD shows Freesync Premium disabled. Every time I enable it in OSD, the screen goes black and does not return. I switch back to disabled and everything is good again. MSI MPG343CQR. ASRock Taichi RX 7900 XTX. Displayport 2.1 cable (have tried 3 different cables) Using AMD Adreneline 23.12.1. All drivers up to date.
