On your PC: Open Phone Link. Go to Settings > Devices > and select Add new device. Follow the on-screen steps to pair your Android mobile device with your PC. If the issue persists after completing the steps above both on your PC and Android device, try restarting Phone Link on your PC.
A Desktop Alert is a notification that appears on your desktop when you receive a new email message, a meeting request, or a task request. By default, Desktop Alerts are turned on. The information displayed in a Desktop Alert varies depending on the item that you receive in your Inbox.

Save a message as a file on your computer or in the cloud. In Mail, from the message list, select the message you want to save so it opens in the reading pane, or double-click the message to open to open it in a new window. From the message header, select More actions > Save as.
