Created on January 7, 2023. create account - stuck on robot puzzle. I consider myself a patient man but I had to ask myself why am I solving the human verification puzzle for a 20th time. So far this question seems to have been asked many times in Microsoft support forums. I haven't seen a satisfactory answer.
Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community. I understand from your description that we are stuck at the "not a robot" puzzle. Microsoft set the puzzle unused emails or auto-applied extensions. We created a new account to test this situation and through the puzzle normally. You may please try more slope image to test it.
