Hello, My name is Jackson and thank you for your question. Yahoo! accounts use two-factor authentication to help verify that you’re the person trying to access your email account. To add your email account to Outlook, you’ll need an app password, also known as an application password.
1) Login to Exchange admin center with Microsoft 365 global admin or Exchange admin credentials. 2) In the EAC, go to Mail flow > Message trace. Click Start a trace and then input the sender or recipient email address and check the trace result. Then you can see the cause of not receiving emails externally.
1. Open Outlook 365: Launch the Outlook application on your computer or access it through the web browser. 2. Account Settings: On Desktop App: Click on "File" then "Account Settings" followed by "Account Settings" again. On Web App: Click on the gear icon on the top right corner and then "View all Outlook settings".

If those DNS records are missing or invalid, your email will be rejected. Btw I'm an email administrator. I can understand if you don't want to reveal your domain name.
Click on Accounts, then Email Accounts. Choose + Add Account and enter your Yahoo account details. Follow the prompts to complete the sign-in process, including any two-factor authentication steps. Once added, select the email folder associated with your Yahoo address in Outlook (usually the Inbox) to view your emails.
4. A pop-up window will open, then under time range, select "All time" from the drop-down menu, then click the "Clear now" button. After doing this, close the browser, relaunch Microsoft Edge, and then go to your Yahoo mail again. 5. If you are still unable to access your Yahoo email, please make sure to update your Microsoft Edge by opening ...
