   First I selected activate on a computer, but under Step 2: Enter activation code when prompted, there is no activation code, it just says Something went wrong. Try again later. So then I tried to log in on the device and it says "we don't recognize your email and/or password. Please try again."

Roku has nothing to do with the Hulu app or the vast majority of other apps that run on the Roku platform. There is a place to enter a ZIP Code on Roku devices (Settings->System->ZIP Code), but I've yet to figure out what it does.

   Found the solution through a chat with Roku. I had to go to Hulu to reset my password and now I'm able to watch Hulu. 1 Kudo. Reply. Solved: I pay for Hulu subscription through Roku. If I try to watch Hulu I am shown the Sign Up Now/Log In screen as if I don't have a subscription. I can go no further.

    I WILL NOT sign in, it keeps saying my password is incorrect. I went through the forgotten password process and it still will not let me sign in on my TV. I can sign in on a browser using the exact same info, but I can't sign in on my TV. I'm trying to add Discovery+, if that affects anything. It just keeps telling me my password is incorrect.
