Any partial refund the seller sent will credit to the original funding source. If this was a credit/debit card it can take extra time to show up depending on your card company's processing time.
The dashboard reports on the total number of sales for the past year and currently is showing sales for March 1, 2021 through Feb 28, 2022, so none of your March sales are counted yet. They will be added in next month, but of course, the sales from March 2021 will then drop off since it is a rolling year.
