    My understanding is that, too. So I wouldn't worry about it. Just catch up, right away. But I believe that when you file you can also indicate on a form (don't have the number right now) that let's the IRS know your income wasn't even throughout the year so your estimated payments shouldn't have been "even" throughout the year.

    Thank you but, to confirm, I pay the fine at the location (i.e. the local garage) where I do the emissions testing (rather than paying the fine online directly to the DMV)? Does the local place even know I'm late (i.e. do they have a link to the DMV)? I thought I saw (though now I can't find where) that it said to pay the DMV directly.

Years ago, every time the treasury will issue notes Japan, China, and Europe will buy them up. Because of the never ending tariffs China is no longer buying the T-bills they have to increase the yield to get investors to buy.
