1937–1959. SR 539 was a state route entirely in Manchester Township, Morgan County. The route, also known as Wood Grove Road, connected SR 78 and SR 76 (modern-day SR 83) in the northeast corner of the county. SR 539 was in existence from 1937 until 1959 when the route was replaced by Morgan County Road 27.
