It's happened to me 2 days until now. Some missions drop multi items at the same time but It only show to claim 1 in chat, so I need claim others in inventory but it's not loading and the time is ending. I am having this issue too. I'm freaking out losing my BG3 drops.

Go to twitch, look up helldivers 2, and find someone streaming. When you pop in, their chat should pop an alert saying the twitch drops are enabled. Let it sit for an hour. After twitch sees you have an hour on a drop enabled stream, it will proc the drop. Connect it after, and you should get your code.
After 30 minutes, go to the Twitch Drops Inventory page and claim the award. It will look like nothing happened, to be honest, I'm not sure that part is necessary but I did it.
