It's been sitting around my home disconnected for a month now. Can I ship it back knowing I'll never need it for anything? Question.

770 Messages. 3 years ago. Hey @ user_042e82. Thank you for reaching out for help with your connection. When you use a Smart TV you would use Xfinity Stream to view your TV content. The Coax is not needed for this. Since a few days has passed have you been able to get your issues resolved?
