The my.ATT site will only show billing for my home ph/wireless account, never my directv/Internet account. The "Change Password" fix only works once and sometimes twice but no more. Furthermore, that also affects my "access ID" making it necessary to amend all my other AT&T passwords as well.
@Dcancienne19 . Log into your account online. If you've never logged in you can setup the login on the DirecTV website with information beyond your account number.
Friday, March 1st, 2024 2:12 PM. Login goes to AT&T and fails. Cannot access account. I cannot log in to directv.com. If I go to the site and click "sign in," it goes to an AT&T url with a DirecTV logo. If enter my login name and password I get a screen that says, This site can’t be reached. Check if there is a typo in cprodx.att.com.
I have been trying for hours to get in to my Directv account, but it keeps either saying my credentials are wrong, which they aren't, or redirecting me to ATT. When I normally login to my directv account on a computer I go to a directv page for the login. When I choose directvstream as the provider when trying to login into max it takes me to an at&t screen for login. In any case, the directv support page on reddit has posted they are aware of the issue and are still working on it.
