Customer Support: Phone Number. Valve/Steam give us a damn phone number to call so that we can talk to actual, biological people to solve our problems. I'm sick and tired of my support tickets being turned down within 5 minutes of being sent in because they were clearly reviewed by a bot.
There is no live steam support. Never will be. 150+ million active steam accounts, 400 people that work for valve most of which don't do steam support. You can report someone for scamming with a flag on their profile as mentioned and then move up and ignore them. As mentioned you will not get your items back. #4.
