Deleted and redownloaded the DoD certificates on my laptop twice now, lost count of how many times I've restarted my laptop. Still get to the same conclusion. I routinely access my mail.mil account from offsite locations, home, hotels while traveling, etc. Biggest culprits from your errors - outdated DOD certificates installed on your machine, and choosing the wrong certificate. For some reason, I can only access my e-mail if I choose the NOT e-mail certificate.
