Calling the help desk is pointless. Like everyone else, I've been told a request is being put in to have my login reset so I can use a different device, and to wait 48 hrs, and still it doesn't work ...I've asked for this twice in the last 2 months and nothing is being resolved. I did the SSP on April 22nd. On April 24th, they implemented a new password configuration so everyone had to change their passwords. I have yet to be able to get back in to SSP. Whenever I try, it says my account is suspended and to request a new temp password. I have requested a temporary password 3 times. Nothing worked. I have called 5 times.
