Effective April 1, 2022, Capella University students can request an official transcript from Capella even if they have outstanding debts to the University.
Here, you can have a copy of your official Capella transcript sent to yourself or a third party via electronic or paper delivery. Verify your term grades have been posted or your degree or certificate has been conferred prior to ordering an official transcript.
You can request your official transcript through Parchment, a leading company in secure transcript delivery. Official transcripts reflect the structure and terms for your program type, so GuidedPath courses list quarters and grades, while FlexPath courses reflect your competencies and program points.
Ordering Your Capella Transcript. 1. Register with Docufide by Parchment. If this is your first time requesting a Capella transcript, you will need to register with Docufide by Parchment. If you already have a Docufide by Parchment account, please sign in and proceed to section 8 for instructions on how to place your transcript order.
The Transcript Request Form can be completed online, except for the Student Signature, by typing your information into each field. All fields are required. Print and sign the form(s). Upload or email signed and completed form(s) to Capella University’s Admissions Office using the information below.
Official transcripts can be mailed to: Capella University. Admissions Document Management. PO Box 211563. Dallas, TX 75211. If the school is sending a secure electronic format transcript, they should send it to documents@capella.edu.
