You will need to call our automated payment system at 1-888-263-9391 to make your payment by phone effective 9/01/24. This system is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. We will no longer accept telephone payments in the office. You may also check your balance by using this system.
These rules and regulations provide for orderly service and system uses, sets standards for connections to the system, sets rates and charges, provides for conservation and protection of drinking water, sets conditions of sewer discharges, sets penalties for violations and other matters relating thereto.

Please call 636-528-8919, both during and after office hours, to report any issues with your water and/or sewer service. The after-hours recording contains a number for you to call in case of an emergency.
