Be patient with order, it took a little while, but I'm extremely satisfied with the product! Dress and bathing suit size are perfect. Pants were a little large for a small and am requesting a refund. Customer service has been excellent along the way. I would definitely order from this company again. I think the negative reviews are very misleading.

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would! Order a blouse according to their size chart and it was too small. The dress I ordered wasn’t like the picture-more like a gunny sack. Contacted them and they would give me a $12 refund on over $80 order and I could keep the items.

Beware their customer service. I received a dress and asked for advance return authorization (as required by their website). First I was offfered $6 (on a $59 dress) to just keep it, then $20. I refused and then was told if I insist on returning, I would have to pay return postage.

YoungLA is a great clothing brand. The fit is great, but my order shipped in 2 different packages, and one arrived 3 days later than the other. Overall, the shipping time wasn't absurd, and all the clothes look, feel, and fit great. Date of experience: September 24, 2024
