Heb departments are super busy lately. Yea roughly takes about 1-2 weeks for me it was about a week. If you have a clean background it should come back within a week after your interview day. If you dont hear anything by thursday or friday it wouldnt hurt to give a call and talk to an admin and see if they know yet. Keep tabs on it.
HEB culture says stock controllers grumble about the new guy amongst themselves but share very little with you. As for learning the store, you'll have to learn how things are grouped (marinara with pasta, beans with canned veggies and canned fruit, etc) then slowly learn what aisle that grouping is on.
