    Sat in processing for a few days and then I checked my account today and it's marked backordered. Going forward I suggest QVC have stock status/counts accurate. If an item is backordered it should be marked as much. Perhaps this will help you keep future customers. I personally won't ever use QVC again as my time was wasted.

    @Kchen , there may be a delay before it shows up under your account. At the end of the ordering process I always tap "View Receipt" , take out my phone, and snap a photo of the receipt on my tablet's screen. I don't need a print out. The photo gives me all the facts I need if I have to refer to it in the future.
