I'm currently trying to get Sales Navigator for LinkedIn, but they just won't take my money... I tried 2 different credit cards from different banks, paypal and apple pay and everything on mobile + desktop. I always get the same notification that it was declined. Support didn't help me.
Sales Navigator is the best in terms of data quality and relevance, as people will always update their current job on LinkedIn first, and platform like Zoominfo will take a freakin year to keep up with LinkedIn persons update, basically always behind
I use Sales Navigator with Wiza.co ($0.10/verified email) scraped off of any search. Works great so far. You could also consider prospectin.fr if you're looking to grow your network strategically without a ton of heavy lifting.
The nice thing about Sales Navigator is you can better do more granular searches based on industry, location, employee size, position, etc. I wouldn't be wasting time trying to build a database/contact list without Sales Navigator. Using Navigator you can get the $80/mo. back pretty quick in efficiency gains if you use LinkedIn regularly.
LinkedIn does not currently offer the option to export account and lead information from Sales Navigator into a CSV or XLS file. However, you can use a third-party extension like Wiza to get this done. I have been using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for two months now, and here is my take:

I like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I use it in concert with some other sales tech so I'm probably in a different situation, but I can beast out 20 or 30 new leads per hour from LinkedIn straight into email/phone call campaigns. Though maybe I should, I don't use Inmail at all.
Sales Navigator is useful. I’m not convinced InMail has any value at all. Despite having LinkedIn as part of the loop, it’s still a cold email. The fact that none of the LinkedIn people you tried to contact even saw your message kind of proves that. Enjoy the utility of Sales Navigator, but lower your expectations about InMail and you’ll ...
If you are running the company, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is definitely useful as standard / free LinkedIn account has a set number of searches you can do and when that expires and you wish to connect with a prospect, LinkedIn (free version) asks you to input their email address before sending the request. As for Inmail - never really used it.
I also was recommended a new sourcing tool/company and signed up for the one-week trial and it was pretty impressive. The way that they search for profiles, not just LinkedIn, it’s pretty intuitive and I was able to find some pretty good candidates right off the bat. Ones that I hadn’t found using other search parameters on sales navigator.
