Jan 16, 2022. #1. Attended my first Hilton update in NY today (1/16/22) as an all resale owner (thanks for the $250 towards MFs for 30 minutes). Salesman was pushing trading in my gold 1 BR at The District for a Platinum studio at The Quin for $26K. Part of the pitch was inclusion of the upcoming HGV Max program for DRI integration.

I did go thru and find the "GIFT TRANSFER" paperwork. We filled it out as we are splitting one timeshare for my brothers family and one for mine. Title has now sent me the documents to proceed. Cost of transferring Title for Bay Club is $1300 and $1700 for Kingsland plus there is an $85 estopple fee for both.
