Bumps in a (sustained) turn, small s-turns, enough space on a normal road to test the load change. At such conditions (and at high speed) you will notice the very big difference between a mono-tube (Bilstein/H&R) or a standard system (KW/Eibach etc). In standard situations like driving in a city there is no way to feel a difference.
1) Replace the actuator (which all garages wanted to do) which would cost around £300 to £400. 2) Replace the sensor on the actuator. Obviously number 2 was the way to go first so I ordered the part and figured I could whip out the actuator, replace the sensor and be back up and running in no time.
Going through all the details of the DTC's from Multiecuscan I had the Rear Left Wheel Speed Sensor - Signal Invalid - C0037-29. After reading the thread linked above I decided to order a sensor off Ebay and finally received it today. I removed the old sensor and replaced it with the new one and the car was back to normal which was a great relief.

Topic, if the suspension makes the noise at low cruising speed ( around 20 mph ) when you can stick to a constant speed as opposed to having to speed up / slow down is the best way to test it. I bought new upper arms from Meyle and six month later I was back to square one with the annoying creaks.
Disconnect both drop links from the ARB and tie the ends of the ARB with zip ties so that it is clear of the lower wishbones. Go for a gentle test drive, allowing for having disconnected the ARB. If the troublesome noise persists, then it isn't coming from the ARB. If it stops, then likely it is!. Reply Like.
Alfa Romeo - Veni, Vidi, Vici. With The wing style crossbar a good box is whisper quiet up to 60mph but quite noticeable at 70mph (probably same noise as standard wind noise through b pillars ) even on my my20 with no glass roof you notice it. I think roof boxes or was it bars are rated up to 70-80mph.

Connect a lighting strip to the towbar socket and test that the left indicator works on the strip and the buzzer buzzes in the relay. Using another length of wire and blue clip, extend the green wire so that connection can be made in similar fashion to the indicator wire on the right tail light assembly.

Sensor change is pretty easy. It is held on by a small bolt that may very corroded, I needed vice grips to remove mine. Undo the bolt and just wiggle the sensor out, it ...
