The PS2 Bios on the top (the mediafire link) is linked to malware. If you care enough to do a Virustotal scan, you may end up seeing that it's filled with malware. To deal with this malware, take out the hard drive (or SSD) and just buy a new one.

Like what it says above, but the primary issue lies in that the BIOS won't get detected by PCSX2 for some reason. Config > Plugins/Bios selector. scroll down to BIOS search paths and select wherever you placed the bios. I noticed there was no bios folder for pcsx2 so i just made one and put the bios in there. I installed Emudeck, said I needed a Bios when I went to open a game.
