Order online. Go online at CVS.com/otchs/myorder to log in or register for an account. If it’s your first time, you’ll need to register for an online account using your Aetna® member ID number and your email. You’ll see your OTC benefit amount and items that are available for you to order.
Once funds are in your FSA, you can use the PayFlex Card ®, your account debit card, to pay for your eligible expenses, if offered by your employer. Or you can simply pay with cash, check or credit card, and then submit a claim to pay yourself back.
To see your account balance or card transactions and activity, log in to the PayFlex member website. Add your card to your digital wallet for an even more convenient way to pay. So go ahead, swipe your card or use your digital wallet to pay for your health care expenses.

Access your account balance — Log in to your PayFlex member website. You can view your available balance on My Dashboard. Check your card’s expiration date — Your card is valid for five years, as long as you’re an active member. Before your card expires, you’ll receive a new card in the mail.
