The Cincinnati Reds called up Alan Busenitz from Triple-A Louisville on Friday. To make room for Busenitz, they optioned left-handed pitcher Brandon Leibrandt to Louisville. Re: Cincinnati Reds 2024 Transactions. The Reds call up starter Brandon Leibrandt, who started the year in Indy ball. He has gone six innings in four of his last five Triple-A starts. He has a 4.46 ERA in Triple-A. The Reds need a No. 5 starter, and Leibrandt is an option going forward. They DFA Casey Kelly.
