Go to Settings. Choose Time & Language. Select Region & Language. Change Country or Region depending on your location. Click on Add a Language. Search for English. Choose the preferred English versions (Usually it is set to English (United States). Click on the language you have selected and click on Set as default. Let us know how it goes.
I just bought an Acer Aspire 5 that came with a Japanese windows 11. Made a mistake of choosing Japan as my region/country during the beginning of installation. So after downloading the updates and signing in, went ahead and changed the region on settings and added english as the primary language (downloaded the packs too) then signed out.
