120hz VRR on Xbox is the best VRR experience on consoles. Hands down. I recently bought a PS5 during the recent sale. Mainly to play some the PS exclusives. However, I'm also an avid Elden Ring enjoyer, and sank over 100 hours last year on my Series X. So I thought, hey, why don't I replay Elden Ring on my PS5 for the hell of it.

Xbox series X pre-order secured!! For fellows Europeans, Polish Microsoft store and Italy Euronics still have the Xbox series X. The series S I think many places still have. I was planning to bought a ps5, but the gamepass is too hard to pass on. And the games going up to $80 here is unbelievable...
I have both X and S. X is on a 55” 4K tv at ~1.5 meters viewing distance and S is on a 49” 4K tv at ~2.5 meters viewing distance. Most of the games look somewhat similar in a setting like this. But when you hook both consoles to 55” tv at 1.5 viewing distance resolution difference is pretty noticable.

The biggest difference was graphics. Especially things in far away distances. My test game was MS Flight Simulator. On the series S the distance of objects far was non existent. It was just flat until I flew my close enough for the objects to load. On the series X there was no issue with distance.
The internet's fastest growing entirely fan-based Xbox community! First 15 minutes with Series X is incredible. I think Microsoft deserves credit for just how pleasing they made the first 15 minutes with this system. I've been buying consoles since the SNES 30 years ago and the Series X has far and away been the best 'open the console' experience.
Xbox Series Backwards compatabilty "holes". I heard the Xbox series is 99.9% compatible with all Xbox One software as well as any Xbox 360 and Xbox Original software that works with an Xbox One. The Xbox 360 plays certain 360 games that an Xbox One does not play.
Xbox series X won't turn on. XBOX series X, about 3 years old (assuming out of warranty), has decided that it doesnt want to turn on anymore. I press the button and the logo flashes and beeps once before going black and silent. The controller turns on but wont turn the xbox on anymore.
