My problem is that when I select "Automatically download all items published in feed" in the Edit RSS Feed dialog box, and click OK and then go back to that dialog box, the selection goes back to "Do not automatically download all items." And of course, nothing is automatically downloaded, so I have to manually download everything.

Given the state of that torrent, there's nothing you can do to fix it. And next time, post in the mac section of the forums for issues with the mac client.
Use the uT manual: press F1. [F] Downloading means the torrent job is forced started and downloading, so it is outside of the queue order.

After DreadWingKnight suggested that the window is generated on some other screen I thought to disable generation of screen and to start the download automatically (Options -> Preferences -> UI Settings -> WHen Adding Torrents -> UNCHECK the option "Show option to change the name and location of the torrent data").
I have the same problem. When I start to download a torrent, everything works fine. It's is downloaded with speed 5-10MB/s like usually. But after a few seconds/minutes the speed is slowing down to less than 1KB/s. At the same time the memory usage of the process is growing up above 200MB and the OS (windows 7 64 bit) is not responding.
I started this download on Feb. 17 (2012) @ 4:51 PM. It's now the Feb. 20 and it's at 74%. My seed ratio is set to 2.0 and this specific download is now at 0.799. Once the ratio has been reached (seeding lists as complete) on any given download, the specific file(s) I need get(s) copied and relocated and all contents are then removed from uTorrent.
It would open utorrent so I could download the file. By accident I clicked to download and the box to do this everytime was checked. Now I cant get it back to the way it used to be. I tried clicking on the box that says auto open the program window and to start the download automatically and nothing seems to help.
