My dad forgot his Apple Id's password, and despite everything we tried, Account Recovery was the last update. I used my own iPhone (although I hadn't added him as a family member yet), to reset his password, and the system asked a couple questions, and after code verification to my mobile and email, Apple finally said that I can reset the password in 24 hour
This is reasonable, we expect Apple can tell us how we violated the spam filter rules so we can change our sending. Unfortunately, either post master icloud admin team couldn't reply in 3 weeks or support couldn't help further. By any changes you may know how we can get further help here? The issue is I still want to use Apple iCloud to syncronize my OSX Photos, iMovie, Keychain, Contacts… just everything. In simply words I want to use Apple iCloud not Synology Cloud or any other cloud services. The only thing I want to change is the storage from Apple plan (paying monthly) to my own, free and huge drives on my NAS.
In order to permanently delete you Apple iCloud and Apple ID account you will have to first remove the account in question from any Apple device that you currently use. Once you do that you will have to contact Apple directly in order for them to delete your Apple ID. You can find links containing more information below.
This wasn't actually from support@icloud.com, instead it was from support@icioud.com. The 'i' in the sender's email address showed up as 'l' in Apple Mail, as you can see in the screenshot above. I have posted the details in this post. Remember that emails from Apple will have *.apple.com, NOT *.icloud.com.
