Norton browser no longer populates my passwords. When I go to my Norton 360, Password Manager and select Access Vault and opens a new blank tab. The only way to access my passwords is by going to my Norton account, under My Protection tab select Password manager. The kicker is, Edge works perfectly and populates passwords.

Recently Edge does not login to password manager vault. and you tried new default Edge profile with just Norton Password Manager as test??
So you cannot sign into your Norton Account at www.my.norton.com ? Be sure you have turned off any VPN and ad blocker browser extensions for the Norton pages.
Detailed description: When I click the extension icon to open the Norton Password Manager it goes into a continous spin cycle and never prompts for the vault password.
