You can check all of your purchases from both the iTunes and App Stores (since they use the same account) from your account details in iTunes for Windows.

Dec 12, 2014 11:55 AM in response to Mateo.C. No, you cannot upload an app. It must be registered with, approved by, and sent to Apple. You do need to be a paid and registered developer. The current App Store is actually the Mac App Store, so as far as I'm aware that means, "no Windows." Try uploading to Two Cows.

If you mean the online Apple Store, access it through your web browser; it mostly sells hardware, not applications. (183813)
