  7. Dec 12, 2014 11:55 AM in response to Mateo.C. No, you cannot upload an app. It must be registered with, approved by, and sent to Apple. You do need to be a paid and registered developer. The current App Store is actually the Mac App Store, so as far as I'm aware that means, "no Windows." Try uploading to Two Cows.
