Original Wordle included the word lists in the HTML source code, so anyone could get them. Here's an alphabetical list of the 2315 solution words. Since the New York Times took over, they first removed a half-dozen of the words as potential solutions and then more recently gave "creative control" of the solution list to one of their staff.
I've been using your archived wordle and I love it!!! One request: on wordle there is ability to play using "hard mode" which requires player to use any revealed hints in subsequent guesses. I'd like to practice using hard mode on some older puzzles and thought your archive would be perfect for that. Either way, thank you for the archive!!

Fun fact, the words for Wordle were hard coded into the webpage. You could open it up and see all the words in order. If this is coded to be random, it’s miles better than the original, and it was indeed an unfortunate way to start CFBordle
A daily word game created by Josh Wardle. What’s a good Wordle ‘average’? It’s easy to get a rough idea of how good someone is from the stats graph, but for more precision a mean score works well - what would you say is a ‘par’ average score? Mine is currently 3.92. I'd say four is par.
It has effectively reduced the visible size of the game board on my 13" MacBook to about the same size of the game board as it appears on my iPhone. Either allow the ad to disappear or run it down the sides so that it does not impact the size of the game board. The Old Gray Lady needs funds to run the presses.
ADIEU is VERY over-rated as a starting word. Instead, try SALET, CRANE, or ROATE. On the average, you will be left with 123.7 words remaining after you play ADIEU. Instead, use SALET (71.3) or CRANE (78.8) or ROATE (60.5) Always different starts. Lately I’m using “nature” words like copse or Marsh or xylem or acorn.

It's already comical enough to have "waqfs, vozhd, blunk, cimex, grypt", which consists completely of bizarre words that will never be a Wordle answer. CGoblinman will be disappointed to hear VIBEX will never be an answer word. The best you can do with 5 words from Wordle's answer list is 24 letters, e.g. "blitz, chump, fjord, gawky, seven".
