You can manage your contact information and preferences easily on the Account and Identity page or using the Xfinity app. From there you can choose the Xfinity ID and security you can manage the phone number and email address options on the account. 0.
I am a former Xfinity customer still using my old email accounts. I have one primary and several secondary users. Due to the recent security problems, Xfinity wants me to reset all my passwords. I was able to change the primary account password, but I cannot change any of the secondary users passwords. I tried following the steps here:

After changing my xfinity internet plan in July, one of my secondary accounts has become inaccessible and I am unable to reset the password through the website menu system. Specifically, my secondary email does not show up so I can reset the password, probably because there has not been a recent login after transitioning from my old service plan.
So, only sub accounts are affected as I can sign in via web to my master account username and I don’t get the “Reset your Xfinity password” message. The odd thing is I have no issues with any Comcast sub accounts via my phone email client or PC email client. How I fixed my sub account login issue. Login to your master Comcast account.
