Ulta customer service can't do ANYTHING about the credit card. You have to contact comminety and dispute all of the charges that you did not do. They can also help with your login info for the credit card . I have had this happen, and I was an employee. Ulta customer service did help me with my rewards info, but that's all.

I finally confirmed with customer service chat today that Ulta credit cards aren’t being processed online right now so to either use a different payment method or go to a store to make purchases.
