They claimed to have sent mail to an old address and said that I owed money to a separate entity besides the hospital and that the bill had now been sent to a collections company.
Account sharing is explicitly against the rules; non enforcement of said rule does not mean it is not against the rules of the game. Jmods aren't in the services discord. People act like because the gear discord has a link out and a few people in there that advertise services the JMods are involved.

Account sharing is simply letting someone play on your account with the owner not intentionally seeking or agreeing to some sort of gain. Account servicing required 2 criteria: 1- a user other than the owner played on the account. 2- you paid that user to complete x service.
