The problem I have is sending email from staff to students using Outlook. Whenever any member of staff uses an Outlook address lists to lookup and send an email to student it fails. We're using Outlook 2010 on Windows XP machines. All of the Outlook clients are running in cached mode set by group policy (which is something that we can not/do not want to change) Exchange server is local running Win 2008R2.
