Khulna University is the second public university in Bangladesh that offers a Bachelor of Development Studies BSS (Hons.) program. Development studies discipline offers a four-year BSS (Hons.) in Bachelor of Development Studies under Social Science School. This discipline was introduced in the academic year 2011–2012.
History. Non-Government Teachers' Registration and Certification Authority was established in 2005 by the Government of Bangladesh.
