Thanks for letting us know. Please follow these directions. Select File and then Account Settings. Select your Comcast.net email account and then click Change.... Microsoft Outlook Account Settings screen. Confirm that the account type is POP and then click More Settings. Change Account screen in Microsoft Outlook.
To enable third-party access please: Sign in to your comcast email through the website here. Select the settings (gear icon) in the top right. Select “Email Settings” below the gear icon. Select “Security” in the top left. Make sure the box below “Third Party Access Security” is checked.
They are simply NOT being received. At all. This issue is not uncommon actually. And receiving authentication emails are either very delayed (received 30 minutes overdue) or simply don't arrive at all. I don't know what is going on with the servers, but someone has not done their due diligence like the techs at Microsoft or Google do.

Go to https://comca.st/2YHGl0d and log in with your email address and password. Go to the mailbox by clicking on the Email tab. Right-click on the Trash folder or click on the More Actions icon (three lines) next to the trash folder, then select Recover Deleted Items. Select the messages to be restored, then click Move Selected Items.
