All you need to do is download the pack and place the files under : C:\Users\...\Documents\Black Desert\FaceTexture. Don't forget to rename each file to your classes file names. A quick restart will change the apperance in your char select screen. Hope you like it!
Download size is unclear. I picked this game off steam and the download size is 30 GBs, waited for it to finish, then I ran the game, the launcher is now downloading another 58 GBs of data. I googled around the size and it is around the 30 GBs mark. Is something wrong with my installation? or the actual size is exceeding 80 GBs?

Pretty sure the game is free if you watch a few hours of a twitch stream for bdo. Google bdo twitch drops for more info. From my experience, bdo from the website has less issues than the steam version. Sometimes the steam overlay causes issues the handshake between steam servers and bdos servers.
