The San Marcos Outlet Malls are two distinct outlet malls, the Premium Outlets and the Tanger Factory Outlet Center, located off Interstate Highway 35 in San Marcos, Texas, United States. The outlet mall first opened in 1977. Combined, the two adjacent malls have more than 240 stores, [1] and an excess of 1,000,000 sq ft (93,000 m 2 ).
In late August 2010, the center was acquired by Simon Property Group's Premium Outlet sector along with the majority of the Prime Outlet centers and was renamed Orlando Premium Outlets-International Drive in September 2010.
