Thanks! The SoundSport wireless doesn't have a " Factory Reset" option. You can however reboot the processor, Turn the headset off and wait for 30 seconds. Plug the headset into a USB power supply via USB cord and wait 5 seconds. (Power supply needs to be plugged into the wall with power on). Unplug USB cord from headset and wait 1 minute.

First thing to try is clear the pairing list. Hold down the BT button for over 10 seconds. If they are in your ears you should hear "pairing list cleared" (or similar). If you're not hearing that there could be an issue. If that works, go into your phones BT and make sure the any old connection is forgotten.

These earbuds are AMAZING and I'm so stressed out that Bose doesn't sell them anymore because I wear them half the day everday for the past ~5 years since I've bought them (been through a few pairs since I lost one and ran one through the washing machine).
Take the buds out of the case, and using a slightly damp cotton bud clean the connectors in the case and on the buds, do this thoroughly. If the blue lights haven't come on at this point, put the right bud into the case first and make sure its correctly seated. Do the same with the left.
